Transfers

We can arrange private transfer for you from any airport or hotel in Nicaragua or Costa Rica - enquire for prices.

Internet

25mbps Wifi - more than enough to work with.

FYI - We also own a cafe near the beach (10 mins from Todo Bien walking) that has 20mbps Fibre Optic.

Hot water

The Jungle Apartment and Large Cabana have hot water - all the other have cold.

Back up electricity

We have Main Grid power, PLUS Solar, PLUS and generator so we should also have power!

Fans/AC

No AC but all rooms have either ceiling or floor fans or both.

Room cleaning

We clean the rooms every other day and change sheets and towels every 4 days.

Food

Daily breakfast is included in your rate. Dinner plans are available - served Sunday until Thursday.

Dinners are $15 p/p - Please let us know in advance if you would like food.

FYI: We also own a cafe near the beach called The Maderas Cafe, 10 mins walk from Todo Bien, which has delicious breakfast / brunch, daily baking, smoothies and the best espresso coffee in Nicaragua which we roast in house!

As a guest of Todo Bien you will have a tab there to use and can pay the bill at the end of your stay.

Kitchen

There is a shared outdoor kitchen that has a fridge, stove, BBQ and pizza oven.

Alcohol

You can BYO Wine and Spirits. We have beers for sale for $3 using an honesty system - we will bill you at the end of your stay.

Laundry

We offer a laundry service for $10 per load - washed, dried and returned to your room.

Child Friendly

Yes. The pool is not gated and the cabanas have decks and stairs so supervision is needed 100% of the time.

Pets

No. Sorry we have enough animals here already!

Parking

We have on site safe and secure parking.

Security

We have security / caretakers onsite everyday. Gates are locked each night around 10pm and opened around 6am.

We can help you arrange a bunch of other activities besides surfing. These include: Horse Riding, Zip Line and Canopy Tours, Mombacho Volcano Tours, Catamaran Sailing Trip, Fishing Trips, Granada Day Trip. Enquire for prices.
